McCormick, Braun & Seaman is a full service real estate appraisal and consulting company. We have six appraisers and three support staff and have been appraising property in the Tampa Bay area for over 30 years. Our market area includes: Pinellas, Hillsborough, Manatee, Pasco and Sarasota Counties, although we have appraised in other counties. We specialize in commercial real estate appraisals which include industrial, office, retail, medical, multi-family and vacant land but also accept residential and consulting assignments. Consulting assignments include: insurable value estimates, rental analysis, feasibility studies and real estate asset options. Our fees are typically quoted as a fixed fee based on the amount of time it is estimated to complete the assignment.
